Welcome to the Dogwood Inn, a boutique Inn completed in 2023 set on a ridge overlooking the Blue Ridge mountains and a historic farm, yet only five miles from downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia. Guests have access to all common rooms, including our great room, library, outdoor porches and wooded grounds. You can choose to have breakfast in our dining room or alfresco on one of the many porches. Each of our rooms is beautifully decorated and includes: views of our wooded grounds, king size bed, luxury cotton sheets and robes, fireplace, breakfast, coffee station, oversized soaking tub, large walk-in shower, private toilet, high speed internet, cable tv, and hair dryer. Iron/ironing board/steam iron and yoga mats available upon request.

Deposits

Reservations must be secured by a valid major credit card. A deposit of 50% of the total room charge plus tax is required at the time of reservation, i.e. a deposit of one night’s room plus tax will be secured for a 2-night reservation. The remaining 50% of the total room rate plus tax will be charged upon arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of our check-in window will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of our check-in window will forfeit the deposit. Requests for cancellations must be made in writing (text or e-mail).

Smoking Policy

There is no smoking in the Inn, but smoking is allowed around the fire pit.

Pets

As much as we all love our pets, the Dogwood Inn does not have the facilities to accommodate guest’s pets.

Age Requirements

All rooms have a maximum occupancy of two people and a minimum age of 21.

Check-in & Check-out

Please be aware that check-in time is 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am on the day of your departure.

Property Damage

Guests will be held responsible for property damages and special cleaning charges resulting from negligence, carelessness or misuse of The Dogwood Inn’s property.

I needed a change from the humid weather of Florida, and boy did I find the perfect spot at The Dogwood Inn in Blue Ridge, GA. Clean air, cooler days and nights created an oasis that fed my soul. Each morning as I sipped my coffee, I had the perfect view of grazing deer just beyond my terrace. It was amazing! The guest room was large enough to do my yoga followed by a tranquil walk looking over the neighboring farm with cows and horses. The enormous shower and a separate soaking tub big enough for the tallest of guests was the perfect end to each day. I will definitely be back with my gal pals as there are three rooms all on a private level with private entrances, to enjoy this magical find. The onsite owner's unobtrusive attention and service was the perfect blend. I hated to leave. I'll see you all soon!

Surprising my wife with a long weekend trip to Blue Ridge, at The Dogwood Inn, made me husband of the year! The property is brand new so I thought she would enjoy it as she can be quite particular. Little did I know, she was going to love it beyond my imagination. First of all, the hospitable staff went way above my expectations. Amazing food, with freshly baked muffins daily. My favorite was the elevated Gathering Place at sunset to view nature amongst the trees, my wife's was the deck with a view of the Blue Ridge mountains to catch up on her reading. We already booked for a fall weekend with friends. Thank you for making our stay perfect for my wife, you made me look really good!

Wow! We stayed with Jim and Cyndie in their boutique Dogwood Inn for two nights at the end of September. They have anticipated everything to meet their guests’ needs, from a selection of pillows to hi-end coffee machines and bathroom products. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bedding so luxurious it meant our sleep in the mountain air was amazing. There are thoughtfully created spaces to relax and unwind; read in the cozy library in front of the fire, or sit out on the open air terrace or by the fire pit simply enjoying the stunning mountain views and taking in the beauty of the trees all around. Both Jim and Cyndie are great cooks and served a healthy and delicious breakfast on the terrace. Cyndie bakes wonderful muffins (not to be missed). One evening we were tired after our day’s activities so they prepared a delicious charcuterie board for us to enjoy on the outdoor terrace. A memorable stay in the most beautiful location just outside of Blue Ridge, GA, a cute place full of interesting shops and boutiques. We will be returning for sure to unwind and relax in luxury in the heart of the countryside.

We had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful new Dogwood Inn this fall and loved every minute! The Inn with all of its beautiful accommodations and common areas was decorated with fabulous, cozy furnishings and appointments. The breakfasts each morning were bountiful and memorable! Innkeepers Jim and Cyndie were gracious hosts who anticipated all of our needs and more. We can’t wait to come back and bring family and friends next time!
